older lady full time has messed up my drink on a number of occasions. most prominently, when I ordered a drink with oat milk, stevia, less ice and large cup. not only was there no oat milk, there was a alot of ice, and i got a size M. asked for a new one but in front of my eyes she got another cup and poured oat milk and added the tea from the previous cup, ignoring that it wasnt mixed properly and the extra stevia would be wasted. not only this, she still gave me a size M. I stared in disbelief because i showed my full order (receipt printed on the cup itself) that had my entire order, and yet, she got it wrong. i understand service is difficult and it may be hard to keep track of everything, however, the store was not busy and i had already pointed her to her mistakes once. its unacceptable and she has done this (im assuming a fulltimer) on a regular basis. The app is also a terrible app that fails to give proper instructions and descriptions to customers when they order, leading to miscommunication of course to the fulltimers, which makes things worse when the employees there make such repeated mistakes (not reading the orders properly). i am unable to have sugar and hence i opt for the stevia option, and now i worry that even the stevia was not added; what if the staff gives me a cup full of sugar? of course, this does not apply to all the staff and I appreciate the staff who are willing to amend such mistakes and explain to me what the orders should come with which the app fails to do. in that regard, i am thankful. however, this should be the bare minimum (to explain and amend the order, not that the best attitude should be required as I understand the hectic workplace being in an fnb service) Please do not hire employees that have such little attention to detail even when the store is running below capacity. do not recommend and i will no longer be coming here when my medical issues are resolved. update: the same lady has now messed up my order in the same way 4 times now.

Liho has cheap drink but quality is usually not too bad. Their signature drinks are unique and tasty. Compared with many other bbt places that claim artisan or specialty or good tea etc, liho doesn't need those. Simple drink will do. Especially like their cheezho and avocado. Used to like their avocado coffee a lot but seems like there is not such option anymore. Anyway this branch is usually quite efficient. And conveniently located near the entrance

This outlet seldom have long queue compare to other outlets like CompassOne. The staff here often forgot to ask customer about their membership no. So remember to provide them if you have register with them. The recent promotion for strawberry Bingtang Hulu was a sad case. The strawberry was mushy coated with sugar and the strawberry size a petite one.
